We spent Labour Day at Christina Lake with Grandma, Kari and Odessa. Since the first time they tried out the ski trainer they have been asking to go back and do it again. Kari and Odie were alone as all their family left so we went to join them for a nice, super quiet day at the lake. We hung out at the beach, went for a ski and a blueberry pick.

Funny story about the picking. Kids always have to go when it is inconvenient. Kari told em a story about the first time Kari and Odessa went to the blueberry patch Odessa had a number 2 emergency. At this farm in order to use the facilities you have to go in the house. Once inside the house they were jumped and barked at by 6 large standard poodles that really threw them off. Second time around Kari made sure that Odessa was not in any need. I on the other hand didn't, and of course after picking for 10 minutes Cole says he has to poo. Now under normal circumstances no biggy, ask to go inside..., but the boys are still scared of dogs of which there were 2 big barking guys in the yard alone. So blueberry picking was over and we were going to find a dog free bathroom. Kari kept the camera and got those great pictures of Odessa.
